Meet Your New Internal Sales Team
At RYCO 24•7, we understand that when you need service, you need it fast, just like when you have an enquiry, you need it answered! To be able to improve this service and support to you, our customers, we introduce our new Internal Sales Team. This will enable RYCO 24•7 to build greater relationships with our clientele in each Australian state and ensure a premium level of service is delivered along with having all enquires answered promptly and accurately.
From Monday the 15th of August, our Internal Sales Teams will have NEW direct contact phone numbers and emails. What does this mean for you? Direct access to your local branch. Customers located in the Northern (QLD & NT), Southern (VIC, TAS & SA), Eastern (NSW & ACT) and Western (WA) will be able to contact their Internal Sales members directly so that they can assist will all enquires.
Who are your Internal Sales Team Members?
Meet Tyler – your Internal Sales representative. He has experience in the industry for over 5 years now and has “extensive knowledge” on all things hydraulics. Tyler is looking forward to working with customers from Queensland and Northern Territory supporting them all with their technical enquiries.

Meet Ashlee – your Internal Sales Team Leader. She has been with RYCO 24•7 for 7 and a half years with experience in the Mining Industry for 17 years. Ashlee understands the importance on delivering and upholding the RYCO 24•7 standard of customer service. Ashlee is enthusiastic about this new role development and is here to provide all customers in NSW and ACT with a “premium service”.
